farking SIM. they say to ask them anything we dunno, and when i do so by emailing them some question, they reply tt mail asking me to see website. FOR WAT!? if i can get my answers from the website y will i need to email them if i got their email FROM the website in the first place. wats the use of asking them questions when they will just ask u to read their website properly. so are they saying that those who ask them any questions are just being lazy or stupid by missing the "answers" in the website?
