y izit my company always doing everything? y guard duty too? wats the pt of doing guard duty? it only makes the men tired and weak. even if theres an intruder do they think the prowlers have the strength to fight them off? damn shag can!? rest 2 hrs duty 2 hrs. can get enuf slp during the 2 hrs meh? have to do sai kang after the duty till dismount somemore. ARGH!! new birds faster come take over guard duties!! shaun useed his hp to take some videos on me and him prowling and resting. damn funny... if kana outsiders see liao cfm we kana charge.

wah lau now feeling abit sick. whole body aching from SPDS warmup + not enuf slp. feel like puking... trying to quit smoking too. tonite i shall start quiting! am i too hungry? or just feeling too tired. argh.. feeling unwell is such an agony... later gotta bk in at 930 somemore.
